This position on the commercial team has direct ownership of and responsibility for personally driving revenue growth across Happy Healthâs core dental and medical markets. This is a highly hands-on role focused first on doing: managing and closing opportunities directly, creating net-new opportunities through outbound and relationship-led efforts, and converting inbound demand into revenue. In addition, this role is responsible for helping build the structure, discipline, and commercial processes needed to support scale over time. As part of the team behind the Happy Health product, you will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders across multiple disciplines to expand Happy Healthâs footprint in general dentistry, sleep dentistry, and related dental markets. You will work directly with dental practices, DSOs, distributors, vendors, labs, and key opinion leaders to develop relationships, open doors, advance deals, and drive commercial growth. While this role includes leadership responsibility across sales processes, partnership development, pipeline management, and eventual team buildout, the primary expectation is that this person is a strong individual contributor who can personally generate, manage, and close meaningful business.
