About The Position

Loyal Hygiene Services is a 45-year-old, family-owned B2B facilities services company serving Northern Virginia and the Greater Washington, D.C. area. We specialize in hygiene programs, dust control, floor care, and recurring service solutions for commercial clients. We operate in an essential, Ai and recession-resilient industry with significant market share opportunity in our region. We are hiring a Director of Sales & Market Expansion to lead growth for the Virginia branch. This is a player-coach role. You will personally drive new business while building and leading a high-performance B2B sales organization. This is not a retail, hospitality, or restaurant sales role. We are only considering candidates with direct B2B service-industry sales leadership experience (industrial services, laundry, hygiene, janitorial, uniform rental, waste services, etc.). Your mandate is clear: Drive profitable top-line growth and expand market share.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B facilities or recurring service sales.
  • Demonstrated success as a hunter - opening new accounts in competitive markets.
  • Experience leading and scaling sales teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen - understands margin, pricing, and recurring revenue models.
  • High accountability and metric-driven mindset.
  • Local to the Manassas / Northern VA area (within 25 miles).

  • Military leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Personally prospect, present, and close net-new B2B accounts.
  • Build and manage a disciplined sales pipeline with measurable activity metrics.
  • Recruit, coach, and lead a hunter-driven sales team.
  • Implement structured prospecting systems and sales training.
  • Strengthen customer relationships to ensure retention and referral growth.
  • Monitor accounts receivable performance to protect margin.
  • Partner with operations leadership to ensure scalable service delivery.
  • Contribute to strategic pricing, positioning, and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain visibility into branch P&L with a focus on growth and margin expansion.
