Your Mission: The Director of Sales and Business Development is responsible for managing the people, processes, and programs of a Sun Health community's sales offices, as well as selling Life Care Contracts. These efforts will include both implementing and monitoring measurable sales goals for calls, appointments, event attendance, deposits, occupancy levels, and revenue generation for the community. The Director of Sales and Business Development is responsible for communicating the sales and marketing goals to the larger community team and emphasizing the importance of creating a positive customer experience that inspires prospects to want to move to the community. The Director of Sales & Business Development will be responsible for the creation and implementation of successful sales and marketing plans to achieve census targets. He/she will work in close collaboration with the Corporate Communities Marketing Manager in the development and execution of a quarterly marketing plan.s. Why Choose Us?
