About The Position

We’re looking for a dynamic Director of Risk & Performance Improvement to guide our organization toward the highest levels of clinical integrity, regulatory compliance, and service quality. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in nursing, social work, mental health/behavioral sciences, or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience directing performance improvement and risk management activities in a hospital, psychiatric hospital, or mental health treatment setting preferred.
  • Knowledgeable regarding Joint Commission accreditation standards.
  • Experience interpreting State and Federal standards related to hospital operations required.

Nice To Haves

  • RN or LMSW licensure preferred
