About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing, social work, mental health/behavioral sciences, or related field preferred.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience directing performance improvement and risk management activities in a hospital, psychiatric hospital, or mental health treatment setting preferred.
• Knowledgeable regarding Joint Commission accreditation standards.
• Experience interpreting State and Federal standards related to hospital operations required.

Nice To Haves

• RN or LMSW licensure preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead system-wide risk mitigation strategies and performance-improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
• Partner with clinical and operational teams to optimize care delivery and client safety
• Design quality-improvement frameworks that drive measurable outcomes
• Build a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
