Responsibilities

  • Technically lead and/or execute engineering projects and spearhead research and development of new technologies, as appropriate
  • Develop and implement concepts for entire range of unusually complex product issues and engineering solutions
  • Provide guidance in problem identification and troubleshooting an entire range of unusually complex engineering problems of unusually complex scope that may have business wide potential implications
  • Interface with internal and external customers regarding engineering unusually complex issues to address customers High Value Problems (HVP) for the unit's product line
  • Specify and/or perform engineering analysis that has product line implications
  • Generate product specifications
  • Lead the development of design or modify engineering assemblies, layout/schematics and/or detailed drawings/specifications of unusually complex scope
  • Lead, define, coordinate, perform and document engineering tests
