Why This Role Matters Luxury Presenceâs Revenue Technology team is the engine room for our go-to-market motion. Every workflow a rep runs, every deal that moves through the pipeline, and every data point leadership uses to make decisions flows through the systems this team owns. As we scale toward $100M ARR and beyond, the sophistication and reliability of that infrastructure has to scale with us. Weâre looking for a Director of Revenue Technology to lead this function. Youâll own the operational health and evolution of our Salesforce instance, drive data integrity across GTM systems, and identify opportunities for automation and AI to fundamentally change how the work gets done. Over time, your remit will expand beyond Salesforce to encompass the full GTM technology ecosystem. This role reports to the VP of GTM Strategy & Operations and partners closely with our Enterprise Architect, AI Automation team, and Data Analytics team. You wonât be working in a silo. Youâll be embedded in the GTM motion, owning outcomes for the teams you serve, not just the systems you manage.
