About The Position

We are seeking a Director of Revenue Management to lead our revenue strategy, optimize pricing and fleet utilization, and accelerate profitable growth. This role will be central in building and executing our revenue management capability, balancing vision, strategy, analytics, technology, and cross-functional collaboration to inflect the revenue trajectory of Go Rentals meaningfully.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of revenue management and/or strategy consulting experience in travel, hospitality, service, car rental, or aviation
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful revenue growth strategies
  • Expertise in pricing science, forecasting, and demand modeling
  • Familiarity with revenue management systems and AI-driven pricing tools
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Advanced analytical ability, with proficiency in Excel/BI/AI tools; SQL/Python a plus

Responsibilities

  • Pricing Strategy, Rate Setting, Tools, and Governance
  • Own and evolve Go Rentals’ pricing strategy across all vertical markets and channels
  • Set target rates, discount tiers, and seasonal/market/special adjustments
  • Design strategies to reduce channel pricing conflict and maximize margin
  • Measure, monitor, and aid the field in managing price leakage
  • Maintain current pricing tools
  • Establish pricing governance, including policies, decision rights, and forums across Go Rentals
  • Revenue Growth & Demand Forecasting
  • Develop and execute revenue growth strategies aligned with the Go strategy and objectives
  • Analyze market trends to forecast demand
  • Identify new/optimized revenue sources for Go Rentals to pursue
  • Fleet Optimization & Yield Management
  • Partner with Go’s Fleet department to optimize fleet mix and yield based on demand
  • Use data to balance fleet availability with profitability across regions, vertical markets, and channels
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Service Operations, Sales, Marketing, Aviation Development, Aviation Partnerships, Private Client Development, and other teams to align revenue strategy with business objectives
  • Leadership & Team Development
  • Build and lead a high-performance revenue and yield management team
  • Champion a culture of analytical rigor, transparency, and commercial acumen
