Job SummaryReporting to the Rapport General Manager, the Director of Retail leads the strategy, curation, and operations of the complimentary pantry snack program across Millennium sites. This role blends creative product selection with team leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences while aligning with FLIK brand standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail, merchandising, or food & beverage programs.
  • Strong leadership across multiple locations with analytical, inventory, and vendor management expertise.
  • Creative, customer-focused mindset with a passion for exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Retail Curation & Merchandising Curate a snack and beverage assortment aligned with brand values, customer preferences, and seasonal trends. Partner with vendors to source innovative products and manage inventory, replenishment, and waste.
  • Team Leadership & Development Lead and develop pantry attendants through staffing, scheduling, performance management, and training to ensure strong product knowledge, merchandising, and customer service.
  • Program Strategy & Execution Set standards for presentation, cleanliness, and engagement. Use sales data and customer feedback to optimize performance and collaborate cross-functionally to support business goals.
  • Budget & Compliance Oversee budgets, cost control, vendor negotiations, and compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
