A day in the life of a Director, Visual Merchandising & Retail Marketing at Vans looks a little like this. As the Director of Retail Marketing and Visual Merchandising for the Americas, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of Vans’ retail brand experience across North America. You will oversee the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns and visual merchandising strategies that drive traffic, conversion, and brand equity across our owned retail fleet. You will be responsible for shaping how Vans shows up in-store , from storytelling and seasonal campaigns to product presentation and consumer engagement , ensuring consistency, creativity, and commercial impact.
