About The Position

The Residential & Storage Director of Operations leads and optimizes all residential operational functions across Design, Project Management, Administration, and Installation. This senior leadership role drives operational excellence through disciplined processes, data-driven decision-making, strong cross-functional leadership, and a relentless focus on safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This leader partners closely with Sales, Finance, and Senior Leadership to align operational capacity with strategic growth objectives while building scalable and flexible systems to support continued adaptation of the residential business unit.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or related business administration experience
3+ years of senior leadership experience in operations or related function
Proven success leading cross-functional operational teams
Strong knowledge of finance, production, customer service, and workforce management
Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable / flexible operational processes
Experience managing performance through KPIs and data analysis
Strong understanding of industry regulations and safety standards
2-5 years of experience in the construction/electrical industry

Nice To Haves

2–5 years of experience in the solar industry
Experience developing budgets and business plans
Demonstrated success improving productivity and operational efficiency
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience using ERP, CRM, or business management software to track performance metrics. Netsuite experience preferred
