As a Director of Reporting and Analytics you'll be responsible for leading the organization’s data reporting and analytics strategy to enable data-driven decision-making. This role will oversee the design, development, and implementation of advanced reporting solutions and analytics frameworks that provide key business insights supporting short-term and long-term business objectives. You'll lead a team of analysts and managers and collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure that data initiatives align with business goals. Your key resonsibilities will include uphoding data integrity, developing and enhancing data analytics across the enterprise in collaboration with IT, including data optimization and automation, presenting actionable insights to C-suite and other senior leaders, and budget and resource allocation to support all large and small scale data projects. Define and execute the overall reporting and analytics strategy. Oversee the development of advanced analytics models, dashboards, and reporting solutions that provide actionable insights for key stakeholders. Lead complex data analysis to inform strategic decision-making, identify opportunities for growth, and address operational challenges using existing or emerging technologies. Establish and maintain data governance policies and practices in collaboration with IT to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all reporting outputs. Promote the use of standardized data definitions and metrics across the organization to ensure consistency in reporting. Act as a key business partner to senior leadership, helping to translate business goals into KPIs and data and reporting initiatives. Present findings and recommendations on KPIs and other data-based to C-suite executives and other key decision-makers, simplifying complex data insights to drive business action. Lead large-scale analytics projects within budget and resource allowance. Executes data strategies with a focus on scalability, optimization, and automation. Partner with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, operations, and product, to ensure alignment of data initiatives and reporting needs. Lead and oversee the recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing team of analysts and data professionals. Monitor team workload, prioritize project completion, set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
