Job Description Align team with company mission and values. •Responsible for client retention and satisfaction. •Responsible for staff planning, decision-making, facilitating and process improvement. •Provides regular performance feedback, develops subordinates’ skills and encourages growth. •Delegates work assignments, gives authority to work independently, sets expectations and monitors delegatedactivities. •Advise team members and clients on financial strategies and other financial decisions •Ability to review and assess clients' assets, liabilities and overall financial conditions •Ability to effectively manage teams •Develop RFP and Scope of works for projects •Assist Board of Directors with action items and to do-lists •Attend and Conduct Board of Director meetings •Quality control supervision over all manager activities

Requirements

  • 4-6 years’ experience managing single-family communities and condominium associations
  • Strategic thinking and visionary leadership
  • Ability to motivate a workforce
