USA Lacrosse is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Director, Regional Growth to join our team. In this critical role you will drive membership and revenue growth by leading a high-performing team of regional sales representatives. In partnership with the VP, Membership & Regional Growth, you will develop and execute regional sales strategies to align with our national goals to expand membership, increase awareness of and access to lacrosse, and strengthen member relationships to fuel the growth of lacrosse throughout the country. You will serve as a conduit, bringing together strategic thinking, strong sales acumen, and a passion for member impact to empower the regional team to deliver results to get USA Lacrosse’s products and services out throughout the country. If you have a proven track record for developing sales professionals to achieve sales goals and are looking to work for a mission-based organization during an exciting time of national growth for lacrosse this could be a great opportunity.
