The Quality Director is responsible for development/administration of Performance Improvement, Risk Management, and Staff Development activities throughout the facility to ensure that all state, federal, and CARF standards for care are consistently met. Collects and analyzes data on facility performance, incidents, and documentation to improve facility performance and ensure provision of quality care. Works closely with leadership and staff to recommend/provide required staff development and tailored programs based upon data analysis. Monitors, investigates, and as required, reports all facility incidents.
