Director of Quality
About The Position
The Director of Quality is responsible for developing, implementing, and leading the overall Quality strategy across five manufacturing sites located in multiple states. This role provides leadership and direction for both Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions, ensuring consistent product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across all operations. The Director of Quality partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Executive Leadership to drive a culture of quality, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. This position requires regular travel to all sites to ensure alignment, standardization, and accountability. Thank you for your interest in working on our team!
