Drive continuous improvement and ensure that quality remains a top priority within the organization. Team Leadership & Development: Set the vision, goals, and direction for the quality initiatives, ensuring that all employees are motivated and equipped to meet quality standards and customer needs. Risk Management: Identify potential risks to quality and develop strategies to mitigate them. Technical Skills: End-to-end quality strategy across IoT wireless, hardware, firmware, software, and cloud (AWS) infrastructure. Results-Driven: Delivering measurable quality outcomes and continuously seeking ways to improve processes and performance. Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Install/Service, Product, and Supply Chain to deliver exceptional products and services to customers. Executive Reporting: Delivery quality and reliability performance updates (KPI) to the GM monthly and annually to the Board of Directors. Demonstrate leadership: Ethical behavior, and adherence to Janus standards
