About The Position

As Director of Quality, you'll join our leadership team to ensure rigorous oversight across both Meister Cheese and Muscoda Protein Products. Your responsibilities include:
Leading the Quality Departments for both entities, partnering closely with Food Safety and Quality teams.
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and industry best practices (GMPs, HACCP, etc.).
Developing and executing quality control systems, metrics, and improvement plans.
Managing and mentoring a team of food safety and quality professionals.
Collaborating with the COO and other senior leaders on quality strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role succeeds a long-tenured Director, offering a mentorship overlap of up to 18 months to support a smooth transition.

Requirements

• Brings advanced experience in food quality and safety within dairy or related industries
• Is well-versed in regulatory compliance and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
