We are currently seeking a Director of Quality & Performance Improvement to join our team and help ensure the highest standards across our health center. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, health administration, or related field required (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of five years of management experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of quality measures and project management
- Experience with regulatory compliance (state and federal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and medical records systems
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and implement solutions
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality improvement and assurance plans
- Monitor resident care, satisfaction, and outcomes
- Conduct evaluations of health center programs and services
- Investigate incidents, complaints, and grievances
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement committees
- Lead survey preparation and plans of correction
- Train and educate staff on quality initiatives and protocols
- Collaborate with leadership and frontline staff to improve processes
