About The Position

Well-established hospital located near Charlottesville, VA is looking for a Director of Quality and Risk to join their team. Details are below. Salary: $100,000 - $115,000/annually (eligible for quarterly bonuses) Director of Quality and Risk Opportunity: 2 employees reporting to this director are the Patient Assessment Standards Coordinator (PASC) and HIMS Supervisor The position reports directly to the CEO at the hospital and supported by the Regional Director of Quality and Risk. Must have gone through specifically The Joint Commission surveys/accreditation in a hospital setting as this is one of the position’s primary responsibilities. Director of Quality and Risk must have experience with patient satisfaction surveys/experience, analyzing trends, feedback, data, and presenting/creating plans for improvement Director of Quality and Risk Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field is preferred. License or Certification as required by state regulations. Experience in Quality and/or Risk Management, including primary responsibility for performance improvement activities, regulatory compliance, conflict resolution, leadership, and risk management activities. Requirements
