Leads the Quality and Risk Management Team through Process Improvement initiatives at the hospital. The Director provides direct oversight to the Risk Manager, Quality Analyst, Patient Advocate, and is responsible for the development, planning, coordination, and administration of a systematic program designed to reduce risk and injury. Also, responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the quality review program. The Annual Salary for this position is based on experience and is anticipated to be between $120,000 - $140,000 per year. Simply put: HUMANS WHO CARE Though we do need to meet some minimum requirements for the position such as a High School Diploma, a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, and at least 3 years of similar experience, we're really looking for people who bring their HEART to work. Ideally, you'll have a CPHQ or CPHRM certification. If you do not possess that certification today, a commitment to acquire that certification within your first year is required. If you have previous experience in a psychiatric healthcare hospital environment where your attention was focused on Quality Assurance, Risk Management, and Performance Improvement Initiatives, then your application to this position will be moved to the shortlist of candidates.
