Turner & Townsend are seeking an experienced Director of Project Management to lead and develop a team of Project Managers and the delivery of project management services on major projects and programs. This individual will be responsible for ensuring service excellence in terms of service delivery, continued growth of our project management service offering including client engagement and market outreach. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be a driven leader with great interpersonal skills. Set regional service proposition. Establish toolkits and approaches to improve consistency and service quality. Engage regional and sector leadership to agree client targets. Contribute towards pursuit plans in conjunction with sector and territory leads. Maintain tracker (CMD) of active bids in the service line. Support cross regional resource deployment. Establish best practice bid collateral and lead/support service line bids (determined per bid) Engage technology team on digital tools to support service delivery. Establish mandatory training for the service, aligned with the service proposition. Provide support for embedding new corporate initiatives impacting the proposition/delivery (e.g., NZE, diversity, etc.). Assure quality and consistency of service delivery at country level (2nd line of defense). SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable. Core Accountability: Develop and deploy product. Assure delivery & quality within discipline, including auditing service delivery. Deploy global best practices and training in region. Assure new candidates have capacity to deliver. Grow market share within the discipline across designated market. Set service priorities by aligning with the proposition as developed by the sector lead Develop and maintain the service proposition so it supports business growth as set out in the US Business Plan. Support development and drive growth as set out in the US, Cost Center and Sector plans. Identify target clients and help secure new work through aligning the proposition to client needs. Oversee and assure quality and consistency of service across the US. Target Audience: Internal - Cost Center Leads, Territory Service Leads, Sector Leads. External - Target clients, CBRE. KPI's - how is performance measured? Revenue per service stream. New clients secured vs targets. Client care scores.
