Director of Programs Youth Soccer
About The Position
The Program Director is the heartbeat of our Soccer Shots organization. This leader plays a critical role in shaping the experience of our coaches, families, and most importantly the children in our community. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader, a positive role model, and a problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities As Program Director, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and supporting your team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, fun, and engaging Soccer Shots programs.You will be accountable for the growth of the organization in terms of enrollments and partnerships.

- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally.
Responsibilities
- Mentor, train, and develop coaches and team leaders to reach their full potential
- Foster a positive, accountable, and values-driven team culture
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
- Coach children using Soccer Shots’ age-appropriate, fun, and interactive curriculum
- Grow our impact by finding like-minded partners who value the development of children through play
- Grant applications and district requirements
- Build strong relationships with families, partners, and community organizations
- Support customer needs with empathy, responsiveness, and solutions-focused thinking
- Represent Soccer Shots as a trusted leader in the community
- Anticipate challenges and proactively solve problems as they arise
- Support scheduling, staffing, and day-to-day program needs
- Maintain accountability for program standards and team performance
