Girls Inc. of Greater Santa Barbara inspires all girls to be strong, smart, and bold. Through evidence-based programs led by trained mentoring professionals, we equip girls with the confidence, skills, and knowledge to navigate gender, economic, and social barriers and grow up healthy, educated, and independent. With programming across school sites and on our centrally located 5-acre campus, we are expanding our reach and deepening our impact throughout Santa Barbara County. Our organizational culture reflects the virtues of strong, smart, and bold through our core values of empowerment, inclusivity, respect, professionalism, and gender justice. The Director of Programs & Community Impact is a senior leadership role that unites day-to-day program excellence with long-range community impact strategy. This leader ensures Girls Inc. programs are operationally strong, data-informed, and deeply connected to the schools, families, and partners we serve across Santa Barbara County. The ideal candidate is both a skilled program leader and a strategic relationship builder — someone who can inspire and develop staff, translate data into action, and build the community partnerships that expand access and deepen impact for girls.
