Job Description: Position Summary The Sr. Director of Program Performance & Insights is responsible for driving company-wide visibility into program outcomes, enabling executive decision -making, and embedding process improvement across the portfolio. This leader will design and manage dashboards, governance framework and performance design and manage Portfolio and Program specific dashboards, governance frameworks that support monitoring of performance of Portfolio, Program and Project metrics that ensure initiative deliver measurable value. The role sits in the EPMO and partners closely with Executive Sponsor &Program/Project Managers project teams to operational strategic priorities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Operations, or related field (master’s preferred)
16+ years of progressive experience in finance, operations, transformation, or enterprise program leadership
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives in matrixed environments
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complexity into actionable plans
Exceptional communication skills with experience preparing materials for senior leadership and boards
Proven ability to lead through influence and drive outcomes without direct authority
Proven track record of building dashboards, performance metric and executive reporting frameworks
Expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent.
Strong financial acumen: forecasting, variance analysis and ROI modeling.
Ability to synthesize complex data into executive-ready insights.
Experience leading cross functional teams and influencing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain executive-ready dashboards that track Program Objectives, KPIs, risk and ROI
Standardize reporting across initiatives to ensure consistency, transparency and comparability.
Prepare executive‑level materials, strategic briefs, and board‑ready documentation
Provide actionable insights to leadership through variance analysis, forecasting and trend identification
Act as the escalation point for complex cross‑functional challenges
Will manage a team of direct reports in the future
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflow and monitor year over year progress.
Reimagines real-time dashboards driving data that supports executive decision making
Documents process, identifies operational efficiencies and supports overall EPMO.
Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce operational friction, and improve transparency
Partner with IT and Product teams to modernize workflows, automate reporting, and improve data accessibility
Identify systemic issues and implement sustainable solutions that improve enterprise performance
As part of the EPMO Organization, support Strategic initiatives partnering with Business and functional leaders as well as IT, Business Enablement, Finance and Operations to support program performance reporting against the strategic initiatives.
Drive adoptions of standardized tool and methodologies across business units.
Champions a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.
