About The Position

We are seeking a Director of Program Management to lead and inspire our program management function. This role will be directly responsible for establishing project governance, standardizing project management practices, and leading a small team of project managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex projects, preferably in manufacturing or turnaround environments, and be capable of operating at both strategic and hands-on levels. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). PMP or equivalent project management certification strongly preferred. 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role establishing or running a PMO. Demonstrated success managing complex, enterprise-wide projects in turnaround, manufacturing, or industrial environments. Strong financial acumen and understanding of how project outcomes impact the P&L and balance sheet. Excellent leadership, team building, and change-management skills. Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills. Hands-on, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
