About the Role Little Stars Therapy Services is seeking a strategic clinical leader to serve as our Director of Program Excellence-a high-impact role designed for a BCBA ready to step beyond traditional supervision and into organization-wide leadership. This position is not a direct-care or classroom-based role. Instead, it focuses on shaping, optimizing, and scaling clinical excellence across all programs. The Director of Program Excellence operates at the systems level-driving quality, compliance, and outcomes through data, process improvement, and cross-functional leadership. This role is ideal for a BCBA who is ready to expand their influence beyond individual caseloads and play a key role in building the future of clinical operations. Responsibilities

  • Lead organization-wide clinical quality systems to ensure audit-ready, compliant, and high-performing ABA programs.
  • Drive operational excellence across ABA programs by translating strategic priorities into scalable workflows, performance metrics, and resource optimization strategies.
  • Provide clinical leadership in risk management and incident response, ensuring consistent, compliant, and improvement-focused practices across the organization.
  • Own the development and utilization of data systems to drive clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
  • Serve as a key connector between clinical, operational, and executive teams-ensuring alignment, accountability, and high-performance culture.
