About The Position
The Director of Professional Services leads the strategy, delivery, and growth of the Professional Services organization. This role is responsible for ensuring successful customer implementations, high-quality service delivery, team performance, and alignment with company revenue and customer success goals.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a Professional Services role
- 5+ years in a people management or leadership role
- Experience delivering complex projects
- Strong understanding of project management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Professional Services strategy aligned with company objectives
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of project managers, consultants, and implementation specialists
- Establish scalable processes, standards, and best practices for service delivery
- Own end-to-end delivery of professional services engagements
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Monitor and improve utilization, margin, and overall profitability
- Oversee resource planning, capacity management, and forecasting
- Serve as an executive sponsor for key customer engagements
- Manage escalations and resolve complex issues
