Coborn’s, Inc. is looking for a Director of Production Facilities to lead our centralized bakery and commissary operations. In this role, you’ll provide both strategic and hands-on leadership, helping ensure high-quality products, strong food safety standards, and efficient production that supports our operations across all locations. Additional Duties Include: Lead the strategy, direction, and day-to-day execution of centralized production operations, aligning decisions with company goals and long-term growth Bring an employee-owner mindset to the role, taking pride in outcomes and treating the business like it’s your own Oversee bakery and commissary operations to ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and dependable service to stores Drive continuous improvement across processes, labor planning, and production systems, always looking for better, more efficient ways to operate Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards are not only met but upheld as a shared team commitment Own financial performance, including budget, P&L, and key metrics, with a focus on smart decision-making and sustainable results Use data and insights to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and guide operational decisions Partner closely with Merchandising, Operations, Supply Chain, and Store teams to support strong execution and a remarkable guest experience Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team, building trust, accountability, and future leaders Foster a culture where team members feel ownership in their work, support one another, and contribute to shared success as employee-owners
