About The Position
The Director of Product, Vehicle Health Alerts (VHA) – Diagnostics & Prognostics, is responsible for leading the Vehicle Health product team focused on delivering predictive and diagnostic insights to Ford and Lincoln customers (both commercial and retail) and dealers. This role drives timely, actionable vehicle health information that prevents unplanned downtime, increases dealer leads and parts revenue, and builds customer trust. The leader will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the Vehicle Health Alerts experience, ensuring it aligns with business goals, delivers measurable impact, and integrates seamlessly into the broader Vehicle Care ecosystem.
Responsibilities
