We’re hiring a Director of Product, RCM to lead the RCM vertical as it scales from an early product foundation into a multi-product portfolio. As a key member of the Product team, you will be responsible for owning the RCM product suite end-to-end, reporting to our Head of Product. You’ll love this job if you’re someone who has led multi-product strategy in B2B SaaS, can translate market and business economics into clear prioritization, and has the executive presence to align senior stakeholders and inspire teams. Requirements

  • Proven experience leading multiple products or product lines within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience managing and developing product managers or product leads
  • Strong business acumen: ability to connect market context, economics, and prioritization into a clear strategy
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission focused environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fintech, healthcare, or ERP/billing/admin workflow software is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy and execution for the RCM product suite as it expands into multiple products
  • Lead, hire, and grow a team of product leaders over time
  • Drive strategic prioritization across modules based on market, economics, pricing power, and customer needs
  • Act as the primary product conduit between executive leadership, go-to-market partners, and product teams
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to support go-to-market strategy and execution
  • Ensure product fundamentals are strong: high-quality SaaS workflows that scale
  • Think holistically across the suite, including platform-level strategy that connects the products
