We're transforming how companies communicate in an AI-first world. The Role We're seeking a Director of Product Operations to lead our Apps Product Operations function. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll serve as the operational engine that transforms our product organization from strategy to execution—enabling product teams to ship faster, work smarter, and deliver predictable outcomes. You'll lead a team of ~12 professionals across portfolio management, agile delivery and product analytics. You'll report to the Head of Product - Applications and play a critical role in our organization's transformation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Product Operations, Product Strategy, or Technical Program Management in B2B SaaS environments
  • Proven track record building and scaling operational frameworks (PLM, Agile at Scale, continuous delivery) in product organizations with 50+ people
  • Leadership experience managing distributed teams (8+ people) across multiple geographies and functions
  • Executive presence with ability to influence senior leadership using data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
  • Deep expertise with modern product management tools (Jira, Aha!, Confluence, or similar platforms)
  • Experience driving organizational change and technology adoption at scale

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in cloud communications, CCaaS, UCaaS, or CPaaS industries
  • Track record leading AI/automation adoption and building AI-enabled workflows
  • Hands-on experience with SAFe, Lean, Scrum at Scale, or agile frameworks—with pragmatic implementation approach
  • Product analytics and self-service reporting platform experience
  • Understanding of quote-to-cash processes and revenue operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Relevant certifications (PMP, SAFe SPC, Six Sigma) are valued but not required

Responsibilities

  • Own Product Operations Excellence
  • Design and evolve our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) framework from discovery through launch and sunset
  • Drive continuous planning processes that improve delivery predictability and reduce time-to-market
  • Lead change control governance to ensure launches meet quality, compliance, and go-to-market requirements
  • Eliminate process overhead—enabling product managers to focus on customer discovery and strategic innovation
  • Accelerate Product Velocity Through AI
  • Lead organization-wide adoption of AI tooling to drive measurable productivity gains across product management
  • Deploy AI-powered automation for routine tasks: roadmap tracking, release documentation, customer insight synthesis, and PRD creation
  • Establish training programs and communities of practice to embed AI into daily workflows
  • Partner with leadership to build an AI-native product culture
  • Lead Cross-Functional Product Teams
  • Establish and facilitate cross-functional teams that align Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering around shared business outcomes
  • Build frameworks connecting product roadmaps to business impact: pipeline, bookings, revenue, churn
  • Create self-service dashboards providing real-time visibility into product performance and organizational health
  • Drive Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Lead Product Insights function to deliver analytics, dashboards, and strategic recommendations
  • Build capabilities that enable product teams to access data, track goals, and measure impact independently
  • Synthesize customer feedback from multiple sources (sales, support, research) into actionable insights
