We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of Product Marketing to own the global Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for our leading conversational AI platform. In this high-impact role, you will define how NLX communicates the value of its patented technology to prospective customers while also building and leading a high-performing product marketing engine. The ideal candidate is an experienced player-coach with a strong record of driving adoption, accelerating revenue, and growing market share. This position will report to the VP of Communications and Marketing.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or people management role.
  • Ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, human-centric value propositions. You don't just list features; you sell a vision.
  • Strong ability to analyze data to make informed decisions and pivot strategies.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in the AI, Conversational AI, or Customer Experience (CX) technology landscape is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and sharpen the high-level positioning and messaging for the NLX platform across channels, delivering a cohesive and compelling story that differentiates in a crowded AI landscape.
  • Serve as the internal expert on the market, competitors, and buyer personas and lead the sales enablement strategy, identifying gaps in the sales cycle and producing collateral that moves the needle.
  • Orchestrate new feature launches, coordinating across product, engineering, sales and marketing to ensure maximum market splash and customer adoption.
  • Oversee the daily product marketing operations, working with the senior product marketing manager to build and shape this function from the ground up as the company rapidly scales.
