Merit is hiring an experienced Director of Product Marketing, responsible for leading the end-to-end product marketing strategy across skincare, fragrance, and sets, from innovation and pipeline development through launch, lifecycle management, and long-term category growth. This role partners closely with the product development, packaging, creative, brand, and retailer/DTC marketing teams, to drive commercial success of new product launches and hero product support campaigns. The ideal candidate brings deep skincare category and fragrance expertise and a proven ability to balance strategic vision with executional excellence in a fast-paced growth environment.
