We’re hiring a Director of Product Marketing to lead the Product Marketing team while staying hands-on, owning positioning, launches, competitive strategy, and enterprise-ready GTM execution. What you’ll do Own category-leading positioning & messaging that resonates & converts with decision makers in the upper mid-market/enterprise. Collaborate with the wider Kadence teams on product launches and related messaging end-to-end Lead competitive strategy: intel, battlecards, win themes, deal debriefs, and sales plays. Expand Sales & CX enablement (pitch/demo narrative, ROI stories, objection handling, training) and build content based on real customer insights. Partner deeply with Engineering, CX, and Leadership to influence the product roadmap and align on execution. Collaborate with PR/Comms, analysts, and social/content to amplify POV, launches, and customer proof.
