Lead Global Sales Support and Product Management Plan, direct, and lead worldwide sales support and product management processes for Measurement products Collaborate with operational functions to ensure sourcing strategy, inventory management, product availability and quality are aligned to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction level 2. Strategy Alignment and Implementation Implementation of global product strategy Derive strategic objectives from the Process Automation Strategy for Product Management and Sales Support within Measurement product group 3. Drive Product Lifecycle Management Translate market and customer needs into product requirements and feed product roadmap and lifecycle management in collaboration with global portfolio management (PM and R&D) Ensure market fit, define market positioning and pricing for new product launches Oversee the product lifecycle from launch to retirement, ensuring profitable growth Integrate sustainability and circularity principles into the product operations 4. Business Development and Sales Growth Recognize and leverage growth drivers in collaboration with Global Business Development and Sales Companies to maximize market opportunities Initiate and support sales enablement, marketing and promotional activities Define and implement pricing strategies Foster global collaboration and best practice sharing, identify learnings and actionable insights inside and outside of GF Complete Role Standard Work and deliver all other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Ability to think creatively and analytically to solve complex problems
  • Ability to balance short-term needs with long-term goals in decision-making
  • Ability to evaluate risks and make decisions that minimize negative impacts while maximizing opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering and/or MBA
  • Minimum of 5+ years in product management
  • Proven leadership skills with previous line management experience
  • Strong strategic vision combined with technical proficiency
  • Work a minimum of 40 hours weekly with overtime as needed to facilitate accomplishment of project goals and deadlines
