About The Position
The Director of Product Environmental Compliance will be responsible for supporting product environmental compliance (PEC) and stewardship activities across a diverse, global footprint of products and operations. The role requires a strategic mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving, focusing on establishing structure and organization within ambiguous situations.
Requirements
- Robust experience in product environmental compliance disciplines including materials restrictions, extended producer responsibility, regulatory reporting, circular economy, and related product documentation
- Successful track record in driving consistent best practices across a diverse range of business models, industries, and product families
- Ability to embrace ambiguity with an intent to establish structure and organization
- Strong collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Global perspective and a strategic mindset to lead the organizational assessment and strategic plan
