About The Position
Director of Product Development will lead our product development efforts. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, launch, and post-launch optimization. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in product management or development
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing product teams
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle and development methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Experience with market research and data analysis
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
