We are looking for a Director of Product Development who will help shape the future of our product portfolio. This role will identify new opportunities, develop innovative advertising and media solutions, and bring new offerings to market that create value for our customers and drive growth for the organization. HOW YOU WILL KNOCK IT OUT OF THE PARK You are energized by building what does not yet exist and constantly look for opportunities to challenge the status quo. You turn insights, ideas, and emerging technologies into new products that strengthen the value we deliver to our customers and advertisers. Naturally curious and quick to learn, you use market trends, customer feedback, and data to refine ideas and move them forward. You take initiative, act on opportunity, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, Finance, and Customer Service to bring new solutions from concept to launch while driving meaningful results for LPi. WHAT YOU WILL DO Product Strategy and Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate new advertising, media, and digital product opportunities that expand LPi’s value to customers and advertisers. Use internal data, market research, and industry trends to uncover growth opportunities. Engage regularly with Sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to understand unmet needs and friction points. Develop and maintain a product vision and roadmap aligned with company growth strategies Research and Business Case Development: Conduct market research to understand demand, competitive positioning, pricing models, and differentiation opportunities. Test product ideas through pilots and proof-of-concept initiatives. Build business cases that evaluate revenue potential, operational impact, scalability, and ROI. Partner with Finance and leadership to prioritize investments and initiatives Product Prioritization and Planning: Establish a clear prioritization framework for evaluating and selecting new product initiatives. Balance short-term revenue opportunities with long-term strategic innovation. Communicate product priorities and strategy across the organization Product Launch and Execution: Lead cross-functional teams to bring new products and solutions to market. Partner with Sales on positioning, pricing, packaging, and sales enablement. Work with Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and launch plans. Collaborate with Operations, IT, and Customer Service to ensure successful delivery and scalability Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Define success metrics for new products including revenue, adoption, margin, and customer satisfaction. Monitor performance post-launch and identify opportunities for improvement. Continuously gather feedback and refine product offerings to maximize value WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Success in this role means creating innovative solutions that strengthen LPi’s position in the market and deliver meaningful results for customers and the business. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product development, innovation, or strategy roles
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
  • Experience developing and launching new products or services in complex organizations
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to use data to guide decisions
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working closely with sales organizations and understanding customer and advertiser needs
  • Knowledge of how emerging technologies, data, and AI can support product innovation
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in media, advertising, publishing, SaaS, or data-driven services a plus

Responsibilities
