About The Position

WebCE is seeking a strategic and innovative Director of Product and Market Development over the Professional Services team to lead growth across the Tax and Accounting, Funeral, and Real Estate product lines. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with expertise in market strategy, partnership development, and product innovation. The Director will oversee a senior team of Content and Curriculum Development Directors, ensuring products exceed customer expectations, differentiate in the market, and drive revenue and profitability.

Requirements

Requires experience in education, e-learning, or professional development
Tax and Accounting proficiency
Adult continuing education knowledge
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in product management-preferably within Tax and Accounting.
Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization and interpret market data and financial metrics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential.
Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Comfort with prolonged desk work involving computer and phone use.
Ability to occasionally lift items weighing up to 10-15 pounds.
Willingness to travel up to 10% per year.
