About The Position

Director of Product and Market Development – Professional Services WebCE is seeking a strategic and innovative Director of Product and Market Development over our Professional Services team to lead growth across the Tax and Accounting and Real Estate product lines. This role focuses on defining product needs and requirements through market analysis, customer insight, and regulatory awareness. The Director will lead a senior team of Content and Curriculum Development Directors and build strong industry partnerships, including association affiliations, to ensure products are competitive, differentiated, and drive revenue and profitability. Requirements

  • Requires experience in education, e-learning, or professional development
  • Tax and Accounting proficiency
  • Adult continuing education knowledge
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in product management-preferably within Tax and Accounting.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization and interpret market data and financial metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Comfort with prolonged desk work involving computer and phone use.
  • Ability to occasionally lift items weighing up to 10-15 pounds.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% per year.

  • CPA or EA credentials are preferred.
  • Strong preference for candidates located within the DFW metroplex.
