The Director of Private Duty Strategy is responsible for leading and executing the strategic direction of the private duty healthcare business line across LCS Life Plan Investment communities. This role will oversee existing home care programs, support community-level directors, and spearhead the development and launch of new private duty services in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care settings within LCS Life Plan Investment communities.
