About The Position

Angels in the Home is seeking an experienced and passionate indivdual to serve as our Director of Private Duty Care. This is a leadership role for someone with a proven track record in healthcare management, a collaborative spirit, and an entrepreneurial mindset — committed to helping us fulfill our mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care to Iowans in their homes. In this role, you will: Lead and support a team of caregivers and clinicians delivering private duty services across Iowa. Build strong relationships with staff, clients, and families, ensuring high-quality care and support for all involved. Oversee care coordination, including communication with insurance agencies and ensuring all supporting documentation is accurate and timely for service authorization. Collaborate with agency leadership to develop and implement strategies for growth, efficiency, and excellence in private duty care. Inspire and mentor your team, fostering a culture of accountability, compassion, and innovation. Requirements
