These partnerships with key suppliers like Bosch, Garrett, Federal Mogul, Cummins, Stanadyne, Holset, BorgWarner, Delphi, Yanmar, Mitsubishi, Denso and others have been critical in honing M&D’s remanufacturing capabilities and expanding its parts offering to include new, no core options in fuel injectors and fuel pumps, diesel engine cylinder heads, blocks, crankshafts and connecting rods. M&D also stocks a complete assortment of turbos (new and remanufactured), inframe overhaul kits, filtration and aftertreatment parts including DPFs, DOCs, EGRs, sensors and other engine parts. M&D’s strong remanufacturing roots combined with its 41+ branch locations, a nationwide outside sales team of 25 and its close OEM & Manufacturer partnerships make it unique in the industry – no one understands diesel engine failure analysis and parts better than M&D. WE FUEL UPTIME. The Director of Pricing & Analytics is responsible for leading M&D’s pricing strategy, analytics, and execution across all product lines and channels. This role will drive margin expansion, pricing consistency, and data-driven decision-making through the development of scalable pricing frameworks, tools, and processes. This leader will oversee pricing strategy, competitive analysis, and reporting while building and developing a high-performing analytics team. The role plays a critical part in aligning pricing with M&D’s growth objectives across ecommerce, branch sales, and national accounts.
