The Opportunity The success of our company is rooted in teamwork and in the way we care about the people we work with and serve. As the Director of Premium Audit, you will leverage your industry expertise and join our expanding team to do your best work remotely from your home office, collaborating with your team daily. In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for the overall operation and strategic direction of the Premium Audit function, including planning, organizing, managing, and directing daily operations. You will also implement and execute policies and procedures to ensure audits are delivered in adherence with appropriate classifications and underwriting rules. We’re looking for a people developer who serves as a role model and champion of our high-performance culture, leading the Premium Audit team to produce strong business results.
