About The Position

Absher Construction has served the Pacific Northwest for over 85 years as a trusted general contractor and 100% employee-owned company. With fully paid employee medical premiums, a strong PTO package, ESOP, 401(k), and annual bonuses, Absher is built to support leaders who want to invest their expertise where it truly matters. Job Overview As Director of Preconstruction, you will lead the full preconstruction lifecycle across multiple projects, from pursuit and early planning through handoff to operations. You’ll work closely with executive leadership, business development, and operations to ensure projects are thoughtfully planned, accurately scoped, and aligned with Absher’s strategic goals.
