Director of Preconstruction, Sales & Design
About The Position
DiStefano Brothers Construction is seeking a Director of Preconstruction, Sales & Design to lead our team as a local construction leader. Our mission is to seamlessly merge architecture, design, and construction through a client-focused approach, specializing in renovations, ground-up builds, and light commercial projects. You can learn more about us by visiting www.dbcri.com. In this Senior Leadership position, you will provide strategic oversight and integration across sales, design, and preconstruction functions. You will shape how we win work, manage risk, and protect profitability, ensuring complete alignment from the first client contact through estimating and the transition into field operations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in residential construction
- 5+ years managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Proven experience overseeing sales, design, and pre-construction functions
- Strong financial acumen and P&L understanding
- Experience with Design-Build and negotiated delivery models
- Executive-level communication and leadership presence
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record
