The Director of Pharmacy will lead all aspects of pharmacy operations, including planning, organizing, and supervising services in alignment with hospital policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with hospital leadership to implement innovative pharmacy practices, supported by proprietary CPS software, a dedicated support team including experts in operations, clinical, and regulatory as well as a CPS Area Director or Senior Vice President. Pharmacy location: Located within Sunrise Vista Behavioral Health - 1223 Market Ave N, Canton, OH 44714 Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Requirements

  • ACPE-accredited pharmacy degree (PharmD preferred)
  • Active applicable state Pharmacist license in good standing
  • 3+ years of experience as a pharmacist in an acute care hospital or other professional setting
  • 2+ years of pharmacy management experience working in an acute care hospital setting; 3+ years preferred
  • Demonstrated teaching, relevant professional publications and involvement with professional organizations
