The Senior Director of Pharmacy Operations is a key leader responsible for ensuring that the company delivers high-quality, patient-centered home infusion therapy services including specialty drugs, maintains regulatory compliance, ensures accreditation requirements, and achieves financial performance targets. Responsibilities

Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, including acute care pharmacy, TPN, specialty drugs, procurement, intake, and delivery services to ensure efficient workflows and quality service.
Management: Reporting key metrics to company stakeholders.
Financial Management: Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, drug contracting strategies based on CMS and commercial fee schedules, and implement cost control measures to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations, including those set by the FDA, CMS, USP 797 and accreditation bodies.
Quality Assurance: Lead quality improvement initiatives, monitor patient satisfaction, and drive clinical excellence in all aspects of home infusion therapy.
Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing pharmacy team; cultivate a positive organizational culture that supports employee engagement and professional growth.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary spokesperson for the pharmacy, communicating with the Executive Team, Health Plan partners and key stakeholders.
