The WHN Director of Pharmacy Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for all pharmacy services within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). This role is responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective pharmacy operations that support high-quality, patient-centered care for underserved populations. The Director oversees pharmacy workflow, staffing, regulatory compliance, financial performance, integration of pharmacy services within the broader care team, and assists Senior Leadership with 340B program management. Working collaboratively with clinical, administrative, and community partners, the Director advances access to medications, improves health outcomes, and aligns pharmacy operations with the FQHC’s mission, HRSA requirements, and organizational goals.
Requirements
- A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited program.
- Active Indiana Pharmacist license in good standing.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical and mathematical skills, and excellent communication for patient education.
